Bernard T. Moyle, COO & CFOBernie is responsible for the oversight of Cal-Vegas, Ltd., its overall relationship with its clients and assists the VP of Operations in her day-to-day roll in the management of client assets.
Through Cal-Vegas and other entities, Bernie has been involved in hotel ownership and management since 1996 and is therefore not only familiar with overseeing management for third parties but, is also intimately familiar with the need to consider not only the best interests of the property but also the best interests of the owners, lenders, vendors and employees.
Moyle also has a wide range of experience in government relations tourism and economic development as he has held several posts for the City of Coral Springs including Chairman of the Board for the Economic Development Foundation, Vice Chair of the Community Redevelopment Authority and twice Chair of the Charter Review Committee. During his time serving Coral Springs, he helped attract more than 50 new businesses to the area, creating thousands of jobs and millions of dollars in positive economic impact. Currently, he is a member of the board of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, both State and Broward County (Fort Lauderdale) and is the Co-Chair of the Tourism Committee of the Broward Workshop.
Prior to joining Cal-Vegas (one of the companies of which he is a co-founder), Moyle practiced commercial law for 18 years and was Managing Partner at Benson, Moyle, Mucci LLP in Fort Lauderdale.
Moyle holds a Bachelors Degree from Salisbury State University and Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. He has been recognized as the Distinguished Alumni of the Year for Nova Southeastern and is a former treasurer and president of the alumni association.
Barbara Hanna, Vice President, OperationsBarbara Hanna brings over 25 years of successful hands-on experience to Cal Vegas Ltd. As Vice President of Operations, she directly oversees the key assets managed by the company, including identifying efficiencies and driving overall profitability for the hotels and resorts in our portfolio. Specializing in operations, cost control, revenue management and renovations, Barbara's oversight and guidance has added immeasurable value to Cal-Vegas Ltd. and the properties we serve.
Prior to joining Cal-Vegas Ltd, Barbara gained valuable experience working for IHG, in all phases of operations and management, as well as 7 years with Vantage Hospitality Group, serving as Director of Sales, Support, and Assurance Program. Barbara is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) by the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Andrew Kraemer, CHIA & CRMEAndrew is responsible for the day to day oversight of the Vantage IT team, ecommerce and the electronic distribution group. These departments help the Vantage Members with their property management systems, forwarding their rates and inventory out to all the online distribution channels and making sure the consumer can find a Vantage hotel when they search online. Before Andrew came to Vantage he owned his own business intelligence company that specialized in helping hotel owners make informed business decisions based on their marketâ€™s data. Previously, Andrew spent 12 years with Wyndham Hotel Group, splitting time between the IT department and the Wingate Inns brand.
Andrew started his career carrying bags as a bellman and worked his way up through the rooms division. He spent 12 years at 3 different Hilton hotels in NJ â€“ loving every minute. Andrew holds a Bachelorâ€™s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has earned certifications from both the AH&LA and HSMAI.
Maxine Lockhart, CMP, CMMMaxine is responsible for guiding and leading the highly qualified and experienced Sales Team for Cal-Vegas, Ltd in providing the highest sales and service levels our clients and members demand. She also and assist the VP of Operations in her day to day roll in the sales management of client assets.

Jesse Ostrum Vice President of Revenue ManagementJesse Ostrum has more than 20 years of revenue management experience in hospitality and tourism. Ostrum was instrumental in developing and implementing the Vantage Competitive Intelligence program, which provides market and competitor information, as well as property-specific recommendations, so that Vantage's members can maximize their revenues.
Prior to Vantage, Ostrum led revenue management teams at SuperClubs Resorts International, Renaissance Cruises and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He holds both a bachelor's degree in business and an MBA in finance from the University of Florida.
